We specialise in a wide range of beauty and aesthetics treatments and are proud to offer vegan friendly and animal cruelty free products. We have also had the privilege of supporting many people during those special occasions whether it be that all important wedding day, end of year prom or a pamper party.

Our Story
Since 2009 The Boutik salon has had many evolutions as we move and change with the industry and the environment around. Discover our salon and some of our highlights from over the years.
2009
Salon Founded
The Boutik salon in Plymouth was founded in 2009 by current owner Abigail James and has built-up an impressive reputation in and around Devon as the specialists in nail enhancements and nail care.
2017
Major Salon Expansion
In 2017 The Boutik Salon expanded to include all aspects of hair styling and catered for all hair & beauty treatments from a single salon based in the heart of Plymstock, Plymouth.
2018-2019
Award Winners
During 2018 and 2019 we one a number of regional and national awards across a wide range of treatments. We also won Hair & Beauty Salon of the Year at the British Hair & Beauty Awards!
2019
New Skin Clinic
In 2019 we introduced our new Aesthetics & skincare treatments within our New Skin Clinic off the back of our successful launch of our new Training academy Jacalyn James.
2022
Specialist Beauty Salon
At the beginning of 2022 changes were made meaning we became a specialised Beauty, Skincare and Aesthetic salon utilising our dedicated services and advanced qualifications across the beauty team.

5 Year Birthday!
In May 2022 we celebrated 5 Years of The Boutik salon based here at 70 Church Road in Plymstock. Not only are we proud of our achievements in this time, but we are so very grateful for the many clients of we have been able to serve over the past 5 years. Here to the next 5!

Beauty Salon of the Year
What an amazing way to end the year! It's been a tough one with lots of change, but having been nominated as Beauty Salon of the Year in 2023 we never thought we would actually go and at the British Hair & Beauty Awards 2022!

Introducing Massage
The relaunch of our Massage & Beauty treatments started in January with our new Therapist join the team. This exciting development means we now have four main areas of the business covering Basic Beauty, Skincare, Aesthetics & Massage.
