With lots of news to come over the next few weeks we thought it would be best to quickly update you on how you can book on for a hair treatment.

We have a number of ways of quickly and easily booking your hair appointment with The Boutik salon.

      Book online via our website

      Go online at TheBoutik.co.uk and book via the Book Online link or via most hair treatment pages. You can select one or more treatments, pick who you wish to have the appointment with. Access 24/7 you can even move or rearrange an appointment online via your login.

      Message us via Facebook

      Get in touch directly from our Facebook page, via Facebook messenger or even through the messenger tool on our website. Once you have sent your message a member of our team will respond to book in your hair appointment. We can also accept example photos to help understand what treatment you may require.

      This is a great way to book your appointment or get in touch if the salon is closed. We do however limit answering messages after 10pm as we all need our beauty sleep!

      With all our appointments you will be notified by text message or email a confirmation of your booking. We will also send you notifications as your appointment gets closer of who, what and when your appointment will be.

      If you need to move an appointment please either do this via one of the above contact methods and our team will be on hand to help.

      Staying Safe During Your Hair Appointment

      We will be providing your with a range of information to support your visit to the salon in the near future. It is important to us that you not only remain safe but our team also feels safe in delivering a service to you.

      The Boutik salon has set out a wide range of protective and cleaning measures that will need to be followed so that we can conform to any government requirements. These guidelines will provide you with a range of information regarding how you need to arrive for your appointment as well as guidelines to follow during your appointment.

      An update will be coming shortly. In the meantime if you have any initial questions please do not hesitate to get in touch with a member of our hair team.

      You safety is our top priority.

      Patch Testing

      If you are a new customer or an existing customer trying a new hair treatment, you may require a patch test. You will be advised of this at the time of your booking and arrangements will be made with you for a patch test appointment. You will only need to do this once and as a salon we require all customers to be patch tested for the relevant treatment. Failure to attend a patch test appointment may result in a cancellation of your original appointment booking.

      As a business we have seen across the industry examples were salons have failed to patch test customers and it can be very painful and discomforting to you if you were to have a reaction to the treatment products. We do it because we care.
