We appreciate there is a lot of information in the press about Corona Virus and it is important to us that you feel safe & continue to enjoy your time when visiting the salon.

Our top priority is the health and well-being of all our clients and team members and several procedures have been introduced to protect, whilst aiming to minimise all disruptions.
 



SALON UPDATE 17/03/2020

Over the past 24 hours our team has been working on additional plans to make your time enjoyable, safe and relaxing at The Boutik salon. 

We are confident that our salon continues to be a clean & safe place for you all to visit.

We are keen to maintain our duty of care to each and every one of you, which is why we take your visit very seriously. It is important though that if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms you let us know so we are able to cancel and rearrange future appointments:

- A new continuous cough
- High temperature of 37.8 degrees or more

We are also very luck to have the space to move clients around the salon and to support some of the social distancing that is being asked for by the government. With this in mind we will be attempting to space customers out with the aim of customers sitting 2 metres apart from one another whilst being treated. Please note that this can be challenging at times and it is not a compulsory policy.

Whilst in salon we also ask you to limit phone usage and during your treatment you do not enter use your phone or enter your bag, especially after washing or sanitising your hands.

If for any reason you are feeling unwell before, on arrival or during your visit, or have been advised to self-isolate, please let a member of the team know.

If an appointment needs to be cancelled, we will of course do this for you without hesitation or charge. We are more than happy to re-book you in for the future and will be considerate to any changes we are advised of that may affect any future bookings. We continue to monitor events locally and nationally as well as taking advise from our membership with industry associations.

The Boutik Salon in Plymouth

We always keep our salon clean & sterile and you can be confident that all equipment is checked & cleaned daily. We have also taken additional steps to including extra sanitiser sprays, paper towels and hourly cleaning of surfaces including toilets, staff areas and reception.

We ask that on your arrival you sanitise spray or wash your hands before the beginning of your salon treatments. We have also added additional signage when wishing your hands as advised by the NHS.

We will be confirming your contact and telephone information on our booking system is up-to-date so we can get in touch for any reason.

Our team is also carefully monitoring its own health and we will of course take all necessary steps to keep you safe.

We hope you feel reassured about the steps The Boutik salon is taking to enable us to maintain our service to you during this period.
