Dermal Filler FAQs
Bruising can occur from the injectable filler procedure as we are using a needle to inject the product into the lips. not everyone will bruise but it can happen.
You can feel a little discomfort with this treatment. We will numb the lips before we start injecting and most of our fillers have lidocaine in them so with each injection you will become more numb.
Allergic reactions can happen and its always best to be prepared for the “just in case”, so we carry a full medical kit including epi-pens within the beauty salon.
We use cross linked dermal filler. Our brands of choice is Kairax & Nexfill as these give the best result.
Lip filler treatments are always a builder treatment and its always best to stagger them. We will only apply upto a maximum of 1ml per session. The amount of sessions depends on your desired results.
